Create a support ticket


How to create a support ticket:

  1. Login with your e-mailadres/ contact handle and password (as received with ).
    If you login for the first time, you also need to confirm your registration for the support center. Your confirmation code will be sent to you by e-mail.
  2. When your registration is confirmed, you can open a support ticket by clicking 'Open a ticket' in the main menu.
  3. Submit your request for support support and click 'Send'. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with your request for support and your ticket number.
